I'm totally in love with this smocked floral skirt! It's soft and flowy and HAS POCKETS! The smocked waistband is very, very soft and stretchy and you honestly don't feel like you're wearing anything at all. And these adorable multi-colored florals will go with everything! Add a blazer or cardigan for work or add flip flops and a tank to dress it down! You can't go wrong with this skirt! I'm 5'9" and it hits just at the top of my knee but the length is totally customizable by simply wearing the waistband higher or lower.
