RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES:
Items are generally shipped within 2-4 business days. If your item is a warehouse exclusive, it may take up to 5-6 business days.
Items are shipped through the USPS using first class or Priority Mail, with larger orders shipped via FedEx. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges of non-sale items are allowed within 14 days of receipt. Item must be in original condition, including any attached tags, if applicable. Sale items are final sale.
If, during the first 14 days you are not completely satisfied or happy with your full-price purchase, please email email@example.com and we will set up a return and refund or exchange. Some specialty launches and all sale items are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping the item back to me unless you’ve received a damaged item, which is very rare. I want you to be happy with your shopping experience and I want you to love your clothes so just communicate any concerns you have with me and I'll do my best to make things right! I will very occasionally make an exception to the 14-day rule, but it will be totally up to my discretion and depends on my inventory levels, season, styles I currently carry, and more.
