FIT: True to size with no stretch! Because it's one-piece, you may want to size up if you're tall to make sure it's long enough through the rise. I'm an XL but I wear a 1X in this because I'm 5'9". The inseam length is going to vary from person-to-person and how high you wear this on your waist but it should be 5" at minimum.
