If you don't like sleeveless tops but also want a bit of flare, you need this black top! It's a basic round-neck black top that's a bit fitted but the sleeves are open and soooooo flattering! They have an overlapping slit at the shoulder and when you move, the sleeves open up! There's just enough movement in them to be loose, not shapeless at all! The back of this top is also just a bit longer than a the front so you can wear untucked or tucked under very easily! Adorable with jeans and sandals or dress up beautifully with skirts or dress pants!
