Here are some general tips for clothes that flatter each body type. Please keep in mind that every body is different and you may not want to wear these styles.

Rectangle: You get to choose what to highlight! Choose your bust, waist, or hips, and play up that body part! A general rule of thumb is to choose one flowy piece and one more fitted piece - your choice of top or bottom for either. Look for these styles:

    • scoop and round necks

    • strapless anything will highlight your upper body
    • look for feminine details such as ruffles, crochet trim, and flutter sleeves if you want to highlight your upper body
