My Favorite Way to Wear Joggers

Joggers have become an almost-universal staple for so many of us over the past few years. Whether you work a remote job from home part-time or full-time, or have been in quarantine or lockdown, or your job IS running the home, my guess is that you've spent quite a bit of time in joggers, sweatpants, or leggings since 2020.
Here's my favorite ways to wear them so that I can be comfy, cute, and get a lot of use out of my joggers!

1. Tuck in the front a bit - also known as the French tuck
Try tucking in just the front of your top and blousing it out just a bit. If you've heard the term "French tuck," that's all it means - tuck in just the front of your shirt and drape it over the waistline a little bit. When I'm home, it doesn't really matter how I wear them, but if I need to neaten up a bit, I add the French tuck right in the center and then blouse the top out over the waistline a bit. Look at the difference it makes. It creates a waistline and gives some definition to a basic tank top and joggers set, plus it definitely makes me look and feel a bit more put together.

2. Add a cardigan
Add a cardigan over a tank top or t-shirt, tuck in the front of the shirt, blouse it out a bit and wear your joggers out to do errands! I love adding white sneakers, a necklace, and a cardigan! It still feels like the comfiest outfit ever but it's neatened up.

3. Add a flannel shirt
Who doesn't love a soft flannel shirt?! Wearing them with joggers is just the utmost in cozy and comfy, but it's not my favorite look for running errands in. It's cozy for sure, but also feels a bit dowdy. So try wearing a solid color tank top or t-shirt under your flannel and wear the flannel unbuttoned. And again, I like to add a long necklace just to dress it up a tiny bit. Wearing the flannel open with a longer necklace gives your body more definition and looks more put together. Even if you're not! LOL!
